Lab home collection

You may request cancellation or reschedule of a home collection from your member labs page, subject to partner rules (including cut-offs before the visit). Once a sample has been collected, the lab order cannot be cancelled.

Clinician visits

Online consults may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the provider network’s window (typically not within 30 minutes of the start time).

How to cancel

Use the member dashboard where possible, or email contact.yscholar@gmail.com with your order or appointment ID. Prepaid amounts follow the Refund Policy.
