Service

Prime Male is operated by YSCHOLAR TECHNOLOGY LLP. It is a member portal for men’s longevity care: symptom assessment, home lab booking, reports, and teleconsult scheduling. Clinical work (phlebotomy, laboratory testing, consultations, and any prescribed treatment) is performed by independent partners including LabStack and network labs and clinicians. Prime Male is not emergency care. Content on the site is educational and not a personal medical diagnosis.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login and OTP secure. Provide accurate booking details. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Labs and payments

Lab panels and home collection are scheduled through our partners. Online payments in India are processed by PayU. Amounts shown at checkout are confirmed on our server before payment. See Cancellation and Refunds for what happens if a visit cannot be completed.
