Refund Policy

Prime Male is operated by YSCHOLAR TECHNOLOGY LLP. India UPI/card checkout is processed by Razorpay (or PayU where that path is shown).

When a refund applies

If you paid online and the home collection was cancelled before the sample was taken (or a payment was captured that we could not fulfil), we will refund the captured amount to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days after confirmation. Duplicate or failed charges should be reported promptly with the payment / order ID.

When a refund does not apply

After a sample is collected, lab fees are not refundable. Pay-at-collection visits that did not take a payment are not refunded. Educational content, the free assessment, and unused follow-up features are not cash-refundable.

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, or made in error, email contact.yscholar@gmail.com with the PayU / order reference so we can investigate.
