Information we collect

We collect account details supplied through Firebase Authentication (such as phone number and, when provided, email and name). We also process assessment answers, booking details (address, pincode, slot), lab and consult order identifiers, report metadata, and messages you send in the care assistant.

How we use information

We use this information to operate Prime Male: authenticate you, book home collection and teleconsults, show reports, take payment, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve reliability. Health information is used to fulfil your care journey — not sold as advertising data.

Service providers

Prime Male uses Google Cloud and Firebase to host the service and store account records. Labs, home collection, and clinician visits are fulfilled by LabStack and its network. Payments in India are processed by PayU. We do not receive or store full card, bank, or UPI credentials.

Retention and contact
